Shared Apartments in Madrid with Escuela La Ola
This is the ideal option for independent students who like cooking their own meals and want to have the chance to live in an international environment while learning Spanish in Madrid.
Escuela La Ola has individually selected the accommodation situated in the best areas of the city. Apartments are in good condition and well maintained. All of them are easily accessible, within 10 to 30 minutes from the school on foot or by public transport (bus or metro).
General information about shared apartment accommodation
- Flats are of different sizes and they are fully furnished; apartments sleep from 2 to 6 people on average, in single and twin/double rooms. They include a shared kitchen, living/dining room with TV and one or more bathrooms, depending on the size. Washing machine is also available for the students.
- You can choose between single or twin rooms (for two people travelling together). Rooms are equipped with at least bed, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe, desk and chair.
- No curfew; you will have your own keys.
- Bed linen and blankets are provided but you will need to bring your own towels.
- As you will be sharing the common areas in the flat, it is important to follow some basic common-sense guidelines, as keeping common areas tidy, respect your flatmates, etc.
- In some cases you may need to collect the keys from the accommodation office on arrival or, alternatively, we can make arrangements for someone to meet you at the flat, at extra cost. You can also book the arrival airport transfer service so that the driver brings the keys for you.
