Escuela La Ola is part of United Languages. Since 1996 we operate a language travel agency and a language school offering foreign languages to local students. In 2009 we started offering Spanish Courses for Adults in Madrid under the brand Escuela La Ola.

Having counselled countless Spanish students learning languages abroad we know very well what the needs and expectations of students in a foreign country are. We used our expertise in this field and in the language teaching market, to create and design a range of programmes to suit the requirements of students willing to learn Spanish in Madrid.

Escuela La Ola is conveniently located in the heart of Madrid, right next to the beautiful Palacio de Liria and just a short walk from Plaza de España and the lively Gran Vía. Within walking distance you can find attractions like the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor, as well as many tapas or cañas bars, restaurants, cinemas and nice parks. Our Spanish school is also easily accessible by public transport; the metro station “Ventura Rodríguez” is situated literally 10 metres from the school door.

Our fully refurbished school is housed in an elegant Spanish building. The school is fully air conditioned, with free Wi-Fi throughout, bright and spacious classrooms, teachers' room, student lounge with Internet access, and reception/student services area.

The classrooms are well-equipped with whiteboards and have audio or visual tools available for the teachers. In the student-lounge you can socialise with other students, enjoy the free Internet access computers or simply use the free Wi-Fi connection if you bring your own laptop.
